Cancellation Policy
*SHORT NOTICE POLICY*
We hope you understand that we are an appointment-based, small business, and that last-minute schedule changes can have a significant impact on the income of your Stylist.
Cancellations *without* a 72 hour notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel the day of your appt or no-show, you will be charged for 100% of your service. Cancellation fees are based on your total service cost that you have scheduled.
